Nestled in the heritage Gascoigne Estate of Malvern East, this family home has undergone a thoughtful and measured transformation. Respecting the original footprint and distinctive features of the 1930s house, Bloom undertook a full-scope renovation, reconfiguring the floorplan to better accommodate the needs of the young family who call it home.
