Port Melbourne

A Victorian-era home in the beachside suburb of Port Melbourne, updated to suit contemporary family living in the inner-city.
Bloom worked closely with our clients to update and extend their home, to create a modern, warm, and relaxed environment for a growing family. The striking steel work Bloom designed for the external façade extension was cleverly carried throughout other areas of the home via sliding doors and as room dividers. Combined with white walls, matte black fixtures, pops of colour in artworks and accessories, and the warmth of stained Tasmanian oak used within the joinery detailing and flooring, we helped produce a space that is everything the couple wanted and more.
